How it works

1. Pick your service level and fill out the form above. Tell us the model, size, material and anything we should know.
2. We email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours. Print it, or scan the QR code at the post office if you do not have a printer.
3. Box up your pair, drop it off, and we take it from there.
4. You get before and after photos, then your pair comes back to you. Return shipping is already paid.

Service levels

Basic Clean · $89
Full exterior clean, laces washed, midsoles and outsoles scrubbed, insoles freshened, air dried and reshaped. The right call for a pair worn a handful of times.

Deep Clean · $119
Everything in Basic, plus deep stain lifting, targeted material treatment, full sole detail, and a protectant finish. For pairs with real wear on them.

Restoration · $199
Everything in Deep, plus sole de yellowing, midsole and paint correction where needed, and hand finishing. For pairs you thought were done.

Additional Pair, Basic Clean · $59
Add a second, third or fourth pair to the same order and ship them all in one box. $30 off every pair after the first.

Turnaround

7 to 10 business days from the day your pair lands with us, plus transit each way. Need it faster? Add Rush 48 Hour Turnaround at checkout.

Before you send

• Send us photos first. Reply to your order confirmation with clear photos of your pair before you box it up. This is the agreed record of its condition and it protects both of us.
• Ship within 30 days. After 30 days the order expires. Email us before then if you need more time and we will extend it.
• Declare your value. If you do not tell us what your pair is worth, our liability is capped at $200. Worth more? Reply to your confirmation and we will insure the return leg at cost.
• Cleaning has limits. Deep set creases, dye transfer, heat damage and structural damage may not come out. If we open the box and think we cannot meaningfully improve the pair, we contact you before doing any work.

By ordering you accept the Sneaker Spa Cleaning Service Terms. Please read Section 4 on the declared value cap and Section 6 on what cleaning cannot fix before you check the box.
