Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

Product Condition and Disclosure

SneakerBoss LLC sells B-grade, outlet-sourced, discounted, overstock, liquidation, and/or as-is products.

Products may have cosmetic imperfections, box damage, outlet markings, irregularities, manufacturing variations, missing accessories, or other condition differences. These issues are part of the product condition and pricing structure.

By purchasing from SneakerBoss LLC, you acknowledge that items are not guaranteed to be in perfect retail condition unless expressly stated in the product listing.

Final Sale Agreement

All items are sold as-is and final sale unless otherwise required by law or approved under our damaged-delivery exception.

You agree that returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Fit, comfort, or style preference
  • Minor cosmetic flaws
  • Box condition
  • Packaging condition
  • B-grade or outlet-related imperfections
  • Manufacturing variations
  • Third-party verification disputes
  • Marketplace authentication decisions
  • Opinions from apps, individuals, forums, resellers, or authentication services

Third-Party Authentication Disclaimer

SneakerBoss LLC is not responsible for the standards, opinions, decisions, or processes of any third-party app, authenticator, reseller, platform, marketplace, or individual.

A product failing, being rejected by, or receiving an unfavorable, inconclusive, or disputed result from a third-party authentication service or marketplace does not automatically mean the product is inauthentic, defective, misrepresented, or eligible for return.

This includes, but is not limited to, services or platforms such as StockX, GOAT, eBay, CheckCheck, or similar services.

Third-party verification results do not override our posted store policies, final-sale terms, product condition disclosures, or as-is sale agreement.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, availability, and other details accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

SneakerBoss LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that an order has been fully accepted, approved, or fulfilled.

SneakerBoss LLC reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory issues
  • Fraud risk
  • Payment issues
  • Address problems
  • Suspicious order activity
  • Violation of store policies
  • Business discretion

If an order is canceled by SneakerBoss LLC, any amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Customers acknowledge that order fulfillment may take 10–14 business days.

Although some orders may ship sooner, including within 2–3 business days, shipment and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

SneakerBoss LLC is not a same-day, next-day, or instant-delivery service and does not operate like Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Walmart same-day delivery, or similar rapid-delivery platforms.

Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Damaged Delivery Exception

All sales are final, but if an item is delivered with significant shipping damage caused during transit, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at snkrxsupply@gmail.com.

You must provide your order number, photos of the item, photos of the shipping box, photos of the packaging materials, photos of the shipping label, and a description of the damage.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may be denied.

Approved damaged-delivery returns may be subject to applicable deductions, including a $50 restocking fee per item and a $30 return label fee per item if a return label is provided.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact SneakerBoss LLC first at snkrxsupply@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Filing a dispute for issues already disclosed in our policies, including final sale terms, B-grade or outlet-sourced condition, fulfillment timelines, shipping delays, third-party verification opinions, or as-is product condition, may be contested with the payment provider using the order record and posted store policies.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse payment systems, submit fraudulent claims, or violate any applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SneakerBoss LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item at issue, unless otherwise required by law.

No Warranty

Products are sold as-is unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

SneakerBoss LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product condition, resale value, third-party authentication outcomes, marketplace acceptance, or suitability for any particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
