Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed with SneakerBoss LLC through labxsupply.com.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

SneakerBoss LLC primarily sells B-grade, outlet-sourced, discounted, overstock, liquidation, and/or as-is merchandise. Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Fit, comfort, or style preference
  • Minor cosmetic flaws
  • Packaging condition
  • Box condition
  • Manufacturing variations
  • B-grade or outlet-related imperfections
  • Third-party authentication app results
  • Third-party marketplace opinions
  • “Legit check” results from apps, individuals, forums, resellers, or marketplaces
  • Verification decisions from platforms such as StockX, GOAT, eBay, CheckCheck, or similar services

All items are sold as-is and are priced accordingly.

B-Grade / Outlet-Sourced Product Disclosure

Items sold by SneakerBoss LLC may be sourced from outlet, clearance, B-grade, overstock, or liquidation channels.

These items may include minor defects, cosmetic imperfections, irregular stitching, glue marks, discoloration, scuffs, box damage, missing box lids, replacement boxes, outlet markings, or other condition differences.

These characteristics are not considered defects for the purpose of returns or refunds.

By placing an order, you understand that B-grade and outlet-sourced items may not meet the same condition expectations as full-price retail merchandise.

Authentication and Third-Party Verification

SneakerBoss LLC does not guarantee that any item will pass the standards, opinions, or internal review process of any third-party authentication app, resale marketplace, individual authenticator, or verification service.

Third-party verification outcomes are subjective and may vary by platform, reviewer, process, or condition standard.

A failed, rejected, inconclusive, or disputed third-party verification result does not qualify an item for return, refund, chargeback, or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to, services or platforms such as StockX, GOAT, eBay, CheckCheck, or similar services.

Damaged Delivery Exception

The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item is delivered with significant shipping damage caused during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at:

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the shipping box
  • Clear photos of the packaging materials
  • Clear photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the damage

Claims submitted after 3 calendar days from delivery may be denied.

Do not discard the product, box, shipping label, or packaging materials while your claim is under review.

Return Approval

Returns are not accepted unless approved by SneakerBoss LLC in writing.

If we approve a return for a damaged-delivery claim, we may provide a return shipping label. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included packaging, accessories, tags, and materials.

Returns sent without written authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee and Return Label Fee

Approved returns may be subject to the following deductions:

  • $50 restocking fee per item
  • $30 return label fee per item, if a return label is provided by SneakerBoss LLC

This means an approved return may have approximately $80 deducted per item from the refund amount.

The final refund amount will depend on the original amount paid, the condition of the returned item, applicable deductions, and whether the return complies with this policy.

Original shipping costs, handling fees, payment processing fees, and any other non-product charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

If a return is approved, received, and inspected, we will notify you whether a refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable deductions.

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.

SneakerBoss LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item is missing parts, damaged further, altered, worn, used, swapped, or not returned in the same condition originally shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation after purchase.

Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests may be denied.
