This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with SneakerBoss LLC through labxsupply.com.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders generally require 10–14 business days to be fully fulfilled.
Although some orders may ship sooner, including within 2–3 business days, customers should not expect immediate shipment or expedited delivery unless specifically confirmed in writing.
SneakerBoss LLC is not a same-day, next-day, or instant-delivery service. We do not operate like Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Walmart same-day delivery, or similar rapid-delivery platforms.
Handling Time
Orders typically require 2–3 business days for handling, processing, verification, and preparation before shipment.
Handling time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, supplier timing, address verification, fraud review, holidays, carrier delays, or other operational factors.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Tracking may take up to 24–72 hours to update after the label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier.
A created shipping label does not always mean the carrier has physically scanned the package yet.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other factors outside our control.
SneakerBoss LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
SneakerBoss LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, SneakerBoss LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after tracking shows delivery.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at snkrxsupply@gmail.com with photos of the item, box, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window may be denied.
Shipping Restrictions
Some orders may be delayed, canceled, or restricted based on product availability, carrier limitations, fraud concerns, address issues, or other business reasons.
SneakerBoss LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we are unable to fulfill.
